Recognised for balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day execution in small to mid-sized organisations, he has a proven ability to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Nelson joined Artesian in January 2026, bringing extensive experience in fund accounting and operations from Australian and international funds management companies.
Nelson holds a Bachelor of Business (majoring in International Business and Finance) from Swinburne University of Technology and a Master of Business Systems from Monash University.
