Kate Robinson

Kate is a Partner and in-house legal counsel, supporting the VC investment team with transaction negotiation and documentation. Kate joined Artesian in 2021

Prior to Artesian, Kate worked as a corporate M&A lawyer focussing on private equity and VC at Hamilton Locke in Sydney. She also worked for Osborne Clarke in London, where she trained and qualified.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Nottingham, and is dual qualifed, being admitted in England & Wales, and New South Wales.
