Sally Hatter

Based permanently in WA, Sally leads Artesian’s investment activity in the state working closely with founders, co-investors and partners across government, corporates, universities, research institutes and family offices.

Sally plays a central role in expanding Artesian’s Venture Capital as a Service (VCaaS) platform in Western Australia.

Sally brings deep experience across strategic innovation, venture investing, M&A and emerging technologies, alongside a strong track record of operating in complex, real-economy sectors. Just as importantly, she has a genuine connection to Western Australia and a clear commitment to building long-term capability, not just deploying capital.

Her 3 key responsibilities are to:

(1) create durable financial and strategic value for WA-focused investors through partnership with ambitious founders and startups scaling globally from Western Australia

(2) partner with government, industry and research organisations to translate innovation into commercial outcomes

(3) support Artesian's growing cohort of WA–based investors across the Artesian Corporate Bond Fund and the Artesian Green & Sustainable Bond Fund
