Tim Heasley

Tim is responsible for Artesian’s business in SE Asia and the Middle East and is closely involved with capital raising, new business development, strategy and the overall direction of the Artesian group.

He was previously based in Artesian’s Shanghai office managing Artesian’s China VC Fund and has more than 25 years’ funds management and financial services experience both as a lawyer and senior executive.

Tim has completed a Master of Banking and Financial Services Law from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canterbury, NZ and a Bachelor of Science (Biology) from the University of Canterbury, NZ.

Tim is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Australian Chamber of Commerce (Singapore).
